RRD conducts rigorous, interdisciplinary evaluations
of products and product candidates. This assists in portfolio evaluation and prioritization,
evaluation and due diligence of in-licensing opportunities, and preparation of
out-licensing packages. The Company's senior team
evaluates product candidates, assists our partners in determining the best candidates,
works with partners to create product development plans and the financial budgets
to execute the plans, and manages the development phases on behalf of our partners.
